Upon checking into Lovelystay in Sintra, I was greeted by a spacious room featuring a large bed - a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. the hotel's location in the historic center was ideal, allowing easy access to local amenities and attractions. the property's parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the ambiance, while the free Wi-Fi was convenient for staying connected. However, the absence of heating was noticeable, especially during colder evenings, making the stay less cozy than expected. While the room and decor were pleasing, the value proposition of the hotel left something to be desired. the lack of a receptionist on-site and the challenging three-flight climb to the room could deter guests seeking a hassle-free experience. the unattended customer service issues, like the unfinished bath and missing curtains, detracted from the overall luxury promised by the price tag.
